These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PDFello mobile application ("PDFello", "the App", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using PDFello, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use PDFello.
PDFello is a PDF toolkit designed to provide convenient document and PDF-related tools directly on your device.
Depending on the version of the App, available features may include:
Features may change, be improved, added, removed, or modified over time.
PDFello is designed to perform its core PDF operations locally on your device without requiring you to upload your documents to a PDFello server.
PDFello does not provide cloud storage or a cloud-based document processing service for your files.
However, certain supporting functionality, such as advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or other third-party services, may require an internet connection.
You retain ownership of documents and other content that you process using PDFello.
PDFello does not claim ownership of your documents.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, or authority to access, modify, reproduce, convert, scan, distribute, or share any document or content that you use with the App.
You must not use PDFello to process or distribute content in violation of applicable laws or the rights of another person or organization.
You agree to use PDFello only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

PDFello may provide document scanning functionality using your device camera.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to scan, reproduce, store, or process any document or material captured using the scanning feature.
PDFello does not guarantee that scanned documents will be perfectly reproduced or that all text, images, formatting, colors, or details will be captured accurately.
PDFello provides automated document-processing tools.
Although we aim to provide reliable and accurate results, PDF processing may vary depending on the structure, size, formatting, encoding, security settings, or other properties of a document.
We do not guarantee that every document will be processed successfully or that the resulting document will be identical to the original in every respect.
PDFello does not provide cloud backup for your documents.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important files.
We are not responsible for documents or data that are lost, corrupted, overwritten, deleted, or otherwise become inaccessible while using the App or your device.
Before performing operations that modify or replace important files, you should maintain an independent copy where appropriate.
PDFello may display advertisements through third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.
Advertisements may appear in different areas of the App depending on the current version and configuration.
PDFello does not control the content of advertisements provided by third-party advertising services.
Your interactions with third-party advertisements may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant third party.
PDFello may use third-party services to support application functionality, analytics, crash reporting, and advertising.

PDFello, including its software, design, interface, branding, logos, graphics, text, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to the developer of PDFello and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights in PDFello to you.
You may use the App for its intended purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from PDFello except where expressly permitted by applicable law or with the necessary authorization.
We may release updates to PDFello from time to time.
Updates may include bug fixes, security improvements, performance improvements, new features, changes to existing features, or removal of features.
We recommend keeping PDFello updated to the latest available version.
We aim to keep PDFello functional and available, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.
Availability may be affected by factors outside our control, including device limitations, operating-system changes, third-party services, technical failures, or maintenance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PDFello is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of PDFello will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.
This includes, where permitted by law, loss of data, loss of files, loss of profits, business interruption, or other losses resulting from the use or inability to use PDFello.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You are responsible for:
PDFello may provide a "Report an Issue / Feedback" feature that allows you to contact the developer through your device's email application.
When you use this feature, PDFello may prepare an email containing information that you choose to provide.
You are responsible for reviewing the email before sending it.
PDFello cannot guarantee that an email will be delivered, because delivery depends on your email application, email provider, network connection, and other third-party systems.
You may stop using PDFello at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue PDFello or any of its features at any time where permitted by applicable law.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and applicable legal provisions, will continue to apply as permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to PDFello, its features, applicable laws, or our practices.
When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of PDFello after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer or company responsible for PDFello is established, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts or applicable dispute-resolution mechanisms permitted under applicable law.
