This Privacy Policy explains how PDFello ("PDFello", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the PDFello mobile application.
PDFello is an offline PDF toolkit designed to help you perform common PDF operations directly on your device.
PDFello provides features such as merging PDFs, splitting PDFs, compressing PDFs, converting images to PDF, converting PDF pages to images, scanning documents, adding text, signatures and watermarks, and other PDF-related operations.
PDFello does not require you to create an account to use its core PDF tools.
PDFello does not operate a backend or cloud storage service for your PDF documents.
We do not intentionally collect or upload the contents of your PDF documents, scanned documents, images, signatures, annotations, text, or watermarks to our servers.
PDF documents and images processed by the application's offline tools remain on your device unless you explicitly choose to share, export, save, or otherwise transfer them using functionality provided by your device or another application.
PDFello is primarily designed to perform PDF and image processing locally on your device.
Depending on the feature you use, PDFello may access files, images, or the camera when you explicitly provide permission or initiate a feature that requires such access.

Some PDFello features require access to files, photos, or the camera.
PDFello may request access to files or photos so that you can select documents or images to process.
Access is used to provide the feature you requested and is not intended to upload your documents to PDFello servers.
The document scanning feature may request camera access. Camera access is used to capture documents for scanning and PDF creation.
PDFello does not use the camera for background monitoring.
You can manage applicable permissions through your device settings.
PDFello uses Google Analytics for Firebase ("Firebase Analytics") to understand how users interact with the application and to improve the app.

PDFello also does not intentionally send your PDF document contents, scanned document contents, or personal document data as analytics event parameters.

When you use this feature, PDFello prepares an email containing the information you choose to provide.

PDFello may also include basic application information such as app version and platform to help us understand the context of your feedback.
PDFello is not specifically directed toward children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children in violation of applicable laws.

Because PDFello performs its core PDF processing locally, your documents do not need to be uploaded to a PDFello server for the supported offline operations.

PDFello does not currently require users to create an account.
Because there is no PDFello user account, PDFello does not maintain an account-deletion system.
Files created or processed by PDFello are stored locally on your device and can be managed or deleted using your device's file-management functionality.
